Senior Data Analyst

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their analytics centre of excellence in Sydney. You will lead complex analytical projects, build sophisticated models and visualisations, and partner with business leaders to drive data-informed decisions. The data platform is built on AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue) with visualisation primarily in Tableau and Power BI. You will also coach junior analysts and contribute to data quality and governance initiatives. We require 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar, advanced SQL skills, strong Python or R capability, and proven experience delivering insights that influence commercial outcomes. Experience with cloud data warehouses and statistical techniques is highly desirable. Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills are essential. The package on offer is $140,000 – $165,000 + super + bonus. The role is hybrid with a strong focus on professional development and career progression.
