Candidates / Jobseekers: Full name, contact details (email, phone, address), digital resume/CV, employment history, academic qualifications, professional licences, reference checks, work rights/visa status, skills and competencies, salary expectations, video interview recordings, and any other information you upload or provide during the recruitment process. Clients / Employers: Business name, Australian Business Number (ABN), contact person details, billing addresses, role requirements, and commercial information relevant to the engagement. Website Visitors: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies/tracking data. We will only collect sensitive information (e.g., health information, criminal history checks, diversity data) where it is directly relevant to a role and with your explicit, affirmative consent, or as otherwise mandated or permitted by Australian law.
