Full Stack Developer (React & AWS)

A product-focused startup is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale their customer-facing platform in Sydney. You will work across the stack — developing responsive front-end experiences with React and TypeScript, and building backend services using Node.js or Python on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3 and related services). You will participate in the full development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring. Collaboration with product managers, designers and other engineers is a core part of the role. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of professional full-stack experience, strong React skills, solid backend development capability, and practical experience deploying to AWS. Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CI/CD practices and serverless patterns is highly desirable. A passion for clean code, user experience and continuous improvement is important. This role offers a salary of $130,000 – $155,000 + super + equity, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to have real ownership in a growing product.
