Graduate Software Developer

An engineering software company is looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join its Perth product team. This role is designed for an early-career developer who wants hands-on experience delivering real features while learning from experienced engineers. You will contribute to frontend and backend development, fix defects, write automated tests and take part in planning, code review and release activities. The team uses TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS. You should have a relevant degree, bootcamp or equivalent practical experience, a portfolio or project work that demonstrates your interest in software development, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with Git, JavaScript or TypeScript and SQL is expected. This permanent position offers $80,000 – $95,000 + super, structured mentoring, hybrid working in Perth and a clear development pathway.
