IT Systems Administrator

Our client, a growing professional services firm, is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and support their hybrid IT environment from Adelaide. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of servers (Windows and Linux), identity systems, networking, endpoint management, backup and recovery, and cloud resources (primarily AWS and Microsoft 365). You will handle user support escalations, maintain documentation, implement security patches and improvements, and assist with small infrastructure projects. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a systems administration or similar role, solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, networking fundamentals and at least one major cloud platform. Scripting ability and experience with monitoring tools are advantageous. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS or CompTIA) are preferred. This is a permanent position offering a salary of $95,000 – $115,000 + super, hybrid working, and the opportunity to broaden your skills across modern hybrid infrastructure.
