Program Coordinator – Technology Transformation

Our client is undertaking a major technology transformation and is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Program Management Office in Sydney. You will coordinate across multiple project workstreams, helping to manage dependencies, track progress, maintain RAID logs and action registers, prepare consolidated status reports, organise program-level meetings and support governance processes. You will work closely with project managers, workstream leads and the Program Director to keep the overall program on track. We need someone with 3–5 years of experience in project or program coordination within a technology or transformation environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar) and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Experience in large programs or financial services is advantageous. The role offers a salary of $105,000 – $125,000 + super, hybrid working, and exposure to a high-profile transformation program.
