Technology Project Coordinator

Our client, a government technology services provider, is looking for a Technology Project Coordinator to support multiple concurrent projects in Canberra. You will assist project managers with planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination and document control. The projects span cloud adoption, application modernisation and infrastructure upgrades. You will maintain RAID logs, action registers, project schedules and governance artefacts, and help keep stakeholders informed. We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role within a technology environment. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent), strong organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication are essential. Experience supporting cloud or infrastructure projects is advantageous. Australian citizenship is required for this role. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of $95,000 – $115,000 + super, with hybrid working arrangements available.
